The 2026 TOP 50 PE Firms in the Middle Market™ Licenses and Usage Guidelines

By clicking “Checkout” you verify that you are an 2026 Top 50 PE winning firm and agree to a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, license to reproduce and use the Awards Logo, only as specified in one of the following guidelines.

 

The use of the logo artwork is limited to calendar year 2026. The logo artwork cannot be altered, cannot misrepresent the Award and is not transferrable to a third party.

 

As consideration for the usage of a license, you will pay the license fee specified by Grady Campbell Inc. (Publisher of the Top 50 Awards Program.). If you do not have a valid or paid license, you may not use the Logo. Grady Campbell remains the sole owner of the logo artwork. No transfer of intellectual property is made by this agreement.

Marketing License Agreement (Print and Digital)

Usage of the specified media/licenses includes but is not limited to email signatures, social media sites, marketing collateral, promotional emails, and company websites. The Marketing license does not grant permission to use the logo in campaigns that involve paid media (such as email prospecting, advertisements, keyword buys, and bought media space).
