Ethos manages nearly $5 billion, investing $100 million to over $1 billion of equity in middle market companies. We target high performing, durable businesses where we see the opportunity to accelerate growth and profitability with the help of our Partners. Our investors include leading institutions such as Neuberger Berman, Blackstone, HarbourVest, TPG, CVC, Accel KKR and others.

Our portfolio is intentionally concentrated with each fund only having 4-6 companies, allowing us to dedicate meaningful time, focus, and skillsets to each one. We partner closely with management to identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives that we believe will unlock sustainable growth.
